Access Conditions

The service or product provider must have a valid Saudi commercial registration

That the activity of the service provider or product exists and works within the activities that support e-commerce, which are as follows: regulatory and legal, technical solutions, e-store development platforms, electronic payment gateways, and e-markets

Fill out the registration form and provide all required information, with accurate and up-to-date contact numbers and information

Obligation to provide Monsha’at with any requirements, information, or official documents upon request such as: licensing and commercial registration

Access Steps

Fill out the joining form on the business directory page.

Processing the request, ensuring that the entered data is correct and verified within 14 working days.

Publishing the data of the provider of services or products automatically after verification.

Providing the ability to search and review establishments by city or classify electronic services or products.

Communication will be done directly between service or product providers, establishments, and entrepreneurs. The service or product provider will specify the preferred and the most efficient means of communication upon establishment of the relationship, e.g. a mobile number, e-mail, or a link to the service provider or product page

No fees are required

The data of service providers or products will be published on the directory page and any visitor to the page will be able to view it

The information of service providers or products will only be reviewed, and communication will be carried out independently and directly by service or product providers according to their preferred means of communication

The request should be answered within 14 working days from application date
