Access Conditions

The app must be registered with the Saudi commercial register.

The app must operate through a sharing economy, i.e. requires service providers such as drivers, or suppliers of products such as plumbing or carpentry materials.

The beneficiary must be the one operating the application.

A guarantee providing Monsha’at with any official requirements or documents required, such as commercial register or apps license.

Fill out the engagement form on the application manual page.

Processing the request and verifying data, within 14 working days.

Publishing the application automatically after verification.

Allowing app search and review by city or classification of online application.

FAQ

Communication between the service or product providers and the owners of the applications will take place directly through the engagement mechanism specified by the owner of the application, such as mobile number, e-mail, or a link for direct registration in the app.

No beneficiary is required to pay a fee for engagement or subscription.

The application data will be displayed on the guide page, which can be also reviewed by any page visitor.

Only application information can be viewed, and communication will take place independently and directly by service or product providers according to the mechanism specified for the application.

The processing time for the application takes 14 working days from the date of submission of the application.
