Support SMEs in accessing all incentives and privileges available to them.

Conditions

An effective commercial registration for the enterprise or the business file number in the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

Information on the number of employees according to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

The number of the employees should be no less than 1, and not more than 249 in the enterprise’s unified number.

The enterprise’s annual revenues should not exceed SAR 200 million.

Information on revenue or filling the acknowledgment upon the issuance of the certificate.

The commercial register and the enterprise file in the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development should have an active status.

The applicant should have a title, from the titles approved by the Ministry of Commerce, and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development that permits the printing of the certificate.

No, there is no fee to issue the certificate.

To issue a business size certificate, the enterprise needs to provide a valid commercial registration, or the enterprise's registration number from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

No, the certificate does not show the size of the enterprise. The size is shown, however, in the course of the issuance process.

Canceling a previously-issued certificate requires the enterprise to submit a request, and subsequently contact Monsha'at by calling our helpline on: 8003018888, or by sending an e-mail to: info@monshaat.gov.sa. A new certificate can then be issued, once the procedures of an initial application for a business size certificate have been completed in the name of the new enterprise.
